SORTED – New Outdoor Cleaning Product Range
Christchurch, Sept 2013 – Kiwicare Corporation Ltd this spring are launching a new range of outdoor cleaning products,
branded SORTED, designed and manufactured in Christchurch, the new range has kiwi’s outdoor cleaning SORTED.
With three products in the initial line up, Moss and Mould, Dirt and Grime both 2litre hose pack products and for the
really tough and difficult to remove outdoor stains is the ready to use (RTU), Tough Stains.
The three products complement each other “We researched the market extensively and found that people are using various
cleaning solutions on many different surfaces, there is a general expectation that one product can do it all, however,
using the incorrect product on the wrong surface around your property is not a good idea and ultimately leads to a poor
result and experience. Kiwi’s love to clean outdoors, whether it be the family car, boat, house, deck or driveway and
there was clear frustration that no easy to use product was available” comments Brandon Evans Kiwicare’s Marketing
Manager.
The hero product in the line is Dirt and Grime. Unlike most products in the market today, Dirt and Grime can be used on
almost every outdoor surface and has been extensively tested in many of NZ’s unique environments. “We also understand
that people are conscious of using cleaning solutions around pets and children so we have taken extra responsibility to
bring to the market a friendly product in Dirt and Grime that is non-toxic and biodegradable” comments Evans .
“We have received extremely positive feedback from customers about the bottle design and coverage the product gives, we
wanted to design a product that was a natural extension of the hand and felt like you could use it all day long. Working
in conjunction with award winning Christchurch design firm, 4ormfunction, we created a bottle that achieves these
outcomes” says Evans. Added to the unique bottle design is a very easy to use spray end that ensures an evenly
distributed spray, something subtle but adds to the complete experience.
With clear communication on packaging it is easy understand what the benefits are for the users. Look for the brightly
coloured labels on all products that are now available nationwide through your local DIY and garden care centres.
