Partnership market ripe for Navigator launch
Partnership market ripe for Navigator launch
Navigator New Zealand has officially launched into the market. The ground-breaking initiative delivers specifically to a growing interest in the value of collaboration and partnership to ensure a more cost-effective and satisfying outcome for organisations and their stakeholders.
With the right steps, government, private sector, community, SME and iwi organisations have a very real opportunity to execute more effectively, get better outcomes, reduce costs, and strengthen their capabilities and culture.
“We have a sound
operational solution to achieving more with less, for better
outcomes and healthier people and profit,” said
Principal Partner Nick Alexander.
“Throughout
August we softly tested the market for specialists across a
range of industries to strengthen the Navigator virtual
team. The response has been overwhelming”.
“Over 100 specialists have expressed interest – a strong cohort of professionals who believe in our kaupapa, but also want to command their own hours. How our entity delivers advice and training is as important as what is delivered” he added.
Commercial, community, and public sector leaders in today’s environment want experienced professionals to support execution of their plans and leverage the potential of their people.
Navigator is about embedding skills and knowledge in our
clients’ DNA. It will provide the necessary support for
their people to grow and deliver on their target outcomes,
which includes ensuring organisations are sufficiently
aligned to deliver. We want to support our clients to leave
a legacy of success and achievement.
The
strength and diversity of the 13-strong partnership and
advisory group leading the Navigator initiative attracted a
strong group of specialists and consultants. The group
includes commercial leaders and entrepreneurs with
experience across all levels of government, commercial
enterprise, NGO, international aid and iwi organisations.
The group is action oriented, each member proven in delivering results.
“Our expertise is deep and diverse. We have iwi leaders, Jeremy Gardiner and Antoine Coffin; marketing expert Tania Bui; entrepreneur Mike Marr; innovator and science leader, Shaun Coffey; and international development experts, Aman Mehta and Boysie Sabino. The partners and advisors are results driven and future focused.”
“It’s also important that the partnership and advisory group represent New Zealand. We are diverse in our skills, but also in our ethnicity and backgrounds acknowledging that some communities within Aotearoa prefer to engage with business leaders who understand their background, their circumstances and their aspirations. Importantly though, we have a common purpose – to help build stronger organisations leading to better outcomes for people, profit and our country.” Nick Alexander added.
