HRV Contact Centre Growth Will Create 30-40 New Jobs

HRV New Zealand is expanding its West Auckland based contact centre resulting in the creation of 30-40 new jobs.

The move comes in the same week that contact centre company Sitel announced it was
cutting 100 jobs at its Onehunga operation in Auckland

Bruce Gordon CEO OF HRV said continuing growth of the company meant they were urgently looking to recruit staff across a variety of roles that will take the number of employees at the HRV contact centre to approximately 100.

“It is an exciting time for the company as we have made a significant investment into technology at the contact centre and are redefining how sales are made in New Zealand. Hopefully we will be able to provide opportunities to some of the people affected by the cuts at Sitel.

“If they have the skills and passion we are looking for then they can have a great career path in sales and we would certainly like to hear from them. “

Former Sitel employees can get more information by calling 0800 478-123 or visiting the HRV website www.hrv.co.nz
