Mike Pero Real Estate has appointed Josephine Kinsella as General Manager, New Zealand
Josephine has a strong background in the real estate industry for the past 8 1/2 years and prior to this, has held
development and management roles in the aviation and hospitality industries. She has successfully operated her own real
estate brand overseas, managed an award winning Auckland office and until recently, was the Northern Regional Manager
for Harcourts New Zealand.
Speaking on the appointment, Mike Pero, Managing Director, Mike Pero Real Estate said: “Mrs Kinsella will focus on
national growth strategies and will also direct the network of more than 35 franchisees throughout New Zealand. I will
remain as the CEO, Paul Alsop, CFO with Chris Finnerty as the REAA Licensee, all Christchurch based.”
Josephine will be based in our Auckland office where she will focus on significant opportunities to grow the Mike Pero
Real Estate brand to the next level.
Since its launch in February 2011 Mike Pero said, ‘we have exceeded our initial expectations and projections and our
growth continues to accelerate.

The appointment takes effect 2 September 2013.
