Auckland Based Experts Helping Small Business Optimise Social Media
Mosh Social Media are hosting another workshop for small businesses in Auckland on Wednesday 7th August.
Fresh from the success of their debut workshop that helped businesses get started on social media, the team at Mosh have put together a training day to help participants get the most out of their online presence.
"We had some great feedback after the last workshop " says Jon Randles, Head of Community Management at Mosh. "This next one is about getting social media content right, using best practices, and understanding the usefulness of the available data" he said.
Mosh have been implementing and managing social media campaigns for some of New Zealand's biggest companies, including Hell Pizza, Contact Energy and Lion but mention they were always on the lookout to help small business.
"NZ is made up predominantly of SMEs ", says Jeremy Marks, Head of Strategies at Mosh. "We were looking at different ways to service this market and believe full day practical workshops give real understanding and confidence to the attendees."
This interactive and practical workshop is entitled Optimising Social Media For Business. It's about getting social media content right, social media best practises, demystifying the data and confusing analytics, and is aimed at those with an existing social media presence who don't feel they're getting maximum returns.
The workshop will be delivered at The Clarian Room in Auckland with a maximum number of 20 people. Participants will bring their own laptop. There will be three social media experts on hand at each session to teach and assist those attending.
The full-day workshop begins at 8.30am and is priced at $447.00, + GST.
"It's important to us that the attendees feel they get value for money" says Julian Thompson, Head of Digital Marketing at Mosh. "We've worked pretty hard to put on a day where people not just learn but enjoy the experience" he said. "We serve up a full catered lunch, tea, coffee, a few drinks at the end and plenty of time for networking".
Kyle Robinson, one of the earlier workshop attendees had this to say, "They provided such an informative course. It is really such an exciting time to be involved in social media. It's now such a strong tool for business growth and I can see the benefits it will bring to our brand Kaikea. I'm looking forward to doing the remaining two workshops."
For more information about the workshops, and a full breakdown of what you can learn as a small business owner during the workshops, visit the website www.mosh.co.nz and click on the tab Social Media Training.
