Fisher & Paykel Voted Most Trusted Whitegoods Brand For 13th Consecutive Year
Fisher & Paykel have been voted New Zealand’s Most Trusted Whitegoods brand for the 13th consecutive year.
The company has now held the highly-regarded accolade each year since 2000*, as voted by New Zealand respondents to the
annual Readers Digest Most Trusted survey.
“This is the 13th consecutive year we have been voted by New Zealanders as their most trusted whitegoods brand. It is
something we continue to be extremely proud of and never take for granted,” says Sonya Aitken, Fisher & Paykel, New Zealand Marketing Manager.
“At Fisher & Paykel we continue to strive to set the standard for customer experience in New Zealand, and across our international
markets. We remain the only whitegoods company in New Zealand with a 24 hour, 7 days a week Customer Care helpline.
“Our relationship with our customer starts with our design philosophy and takes us far beyond the point of sale. We
create appliances that are innovative, premium quality and have great performance, making them easier and more enjoyable
to use.
“We talk to customers in New Zealand and around the world and observe how they live – what’s in their fridge, how they
like to cook, what their washing preferences are. We even go shopping with them to understand how our products and
services can be designed to better serve their needs.
“This process is what creates the insights and ideas that lead to innovative new product design and great customer
service.
“At Fisher & Paykel we value the trust put in us and being there when we’re needed is a big part of fulfilling that promise. So
whether you have a simple question, or need to have your appliance repaired or serviced, our knowledgeable Customer Care
team are available when you need them – not just during business hours.”
* Fisher & Paykel Appliances has been named ‘most trusted brand’ in the ‘Whitegoods’ category from 2005 to 2012, and prior to that
in the equivalent categories of ‘Electronics’ in 2004 and ‘Whitegoods & Large Appliances’ between 2000 and 2003.
