From this week companies with an eye on the value of maximising the brand value of their online news content and media releases can take advantage of a new service at Scoop called InfoPages which can be found at info.scoop.co.nz.

"InfoPages gives companies and organisations and individuals the ability to strengthen their presence on Scoop by embedding their brand and associated information directly with their news content," says Alastair Thompson, Scoop's General Manager.

"This new way to promote content has been designed to give Scoop users a premium way to display their brand by delivering a dedicated space for company profiles, contact information, logos and links to related websites and social media.

"The other benefit for all readers of content on Scoop is that InfoPages will increasingly offer a streamlined way to locate and view media releases according to specific contributors".

Thompson says the introduction of the InfoPages service will operate seamlessly with Scoop's popular Newsagent accounts ( http://newsagent.scoop.co.nz ) for managing real-time newsfeeds and customised news bulletins.

"InfoPages signals another significant advance in the content publishing services that Scoop has been successfully and influentially delivering since 1999.

"As New Zealand's premiere publisher of independent news we're especially proud to be taking this step to open up, unlock and further promote the wealth of content held on Scoop.

"It's a new era for us, and a new era for enhanced content marketing," says Thompson.
