Masport unveils New Websites
Iconic New Zealand brand Masport for the past 100 years or so has been focused on providing quality products. Today Masport not only has top-quality products front of mind, it also has its sights set on delivering a top-quality customer experience, with a current focus online.
Having proudly earned the status of New Zealand’s Most Trusted Brand in Gardening Equipment, Masport consider it their duty to uphold and continue to deliver a great overall brand experience. July proudly marked the launch of Masport’s multiple websites, which include the New Zealand, Australian and International markets, as well as its multiregional sister brand Morrison’s websites.
Additionally, simultaneously launched was an improved specialist dealer site providing Masport’s valuable partners with a platform designed to improve their experience, with an ultimate aim to enhance service delivery to end-consumers. Marketing Services Manager Nadia Roberts says the new sites are more modern and user-friendly. “They feature extensive product information, interactive product filters, side by side comparison and a fabulous ‘help me choose’ function, as well as informative product videos.
Readily available are tools that will be of excellent use in aiding both buying decisions and after-sales use of new purchases.” The launch of the new websites is part of Masport’s ongoing efforts to enhance the quality and availability of information to its consumers and partners and further position Masport Limited as a leading innovative outdoor power equipment and lifestyle products company.
Masport ships to 42 countries around the world; consequently a global online focus is a developmental area for Masport moving forward.
