Enrolments to close for leading farm business management program
Applications are to close at the end of this month for this year’s Rabobank’s Executive Development Program, Australasia’s leading agricultural business management course for leading primary producers.
Now in its fourteenth year, the prestigious Rabobank Executive Development Program gives leading New Zealand and Australian farmers, from a range of agricultural sectors, the opportunity to develop and enhance their business management skills.
Rabobank CEO New Zealand Ben Russell said the Executive Development Program is designed to assist farmers improve primary producers’ ability to manage the challenges of agriculture and plan for the growth of their farming businesses.
“Building planning and management capabilities of the decision maker of the business is one of the most valuable investments any business can make,” Mr Russell said.
“We believe the Executive Development Program is one of the most worthwhile educational courses available to our farmers.”
The program introduces participants to the latest practices in business management; leadership, strategy and planning, finance, human resources, value chain management and marketing, and how these can be directly applied to their farm businesses.
Applications close on Friday 31 May 2013. Held in Sydney, the first module runs from 18-23 August 2013, with the second module taking place in July of next year.
