‘Robbers’ Take Off with Their Share of $100K

‘Robbers’ from around the country have pulled off the ultimate heist and scored their share of $100K, after a ‘crime wave’ took New Zealand by storm.

The crime ring of nearly 18,000 would-be robbers have been based in the hugely successful V Robbers online game for the past two months, working furiously to steal their share of $100K prize money V Energy has been hiding in the fictional V Robbers online city.
Last week the game came to an end, with the robbers known by the alias’ ‘Keith’, ‘Black Flash’, and ‘Golem’ taking the top three spots and stealing $2295, $1884, and $1494 respectively.

Throughout the game, over three million dollars changed hands, and prizes ranging from spy cameras, stashes of V Energy drinks, and JB Hifi vouchers were given away. With so much cash at stake, players were fiercely competitive and strategies were closely guarded throughout the game. At the conclusion of the game some robbers have taken to V’s Facebook Page to share their tips on how they hoarded their cash, and stole their way to the good life. Players who ended the game with money left in their stash will be contacted over the coming weeks with instructions on how to collect their cash.
