The latest local research and development projects between NEC and partners from Canterbury University, Auckland University and Wellington Polytechnic are also featured.

It is now time to look ahead to the next 50 years and showcase some of the impressive technology that we are developing and bringing to New Zealand. In the end it is about empowering New Zealanders through innovation.”
NEC’s success in New Zealand is based on bringing together the ingenuity and experience of its New Zealand team with the latest NEC global technology. NEC Corporation is keen to see this unique combination of globally linked innovation continue into the next 50 years, with the resulting technologies offered to the New Zealand market and distributed throughout NEC’s worldwide network.
