Satisfied Drivers
Roy Morgan Research
last night revealed the winner of its 2nd annual Customer
Satisfaction Award for Car Manufacturer of the Year at a
gala dinner in Auckland.
Throughout 2012, Roy Morgan Research surveyed over 12,000 consumers across New Zealand. Based on their responses, each month we awarded the Car Manufacturer with the highest proportion of satisfied customers.
Suzuki wins 2012 Car Manufacturer of
the Year
The automotive
industry is one that has traditionally held the highest
levels of satisfaction in New Zealand. Kiwis really do get
excited about their new cars. But Suzuki has stood out,
winning back-to-back Car Manufacturer of the Year Awards.
Suzuki CEO, Bill Grice, has just announced his plans to
retire next month, after 35 years of service to the company.
He leaves the company with 2012 customer satisfaction levels
as high as 98%.
