Rialto Distribution Aquire Award Winning “Gloria” at the 2013 Berlin International Film Festival
February 18th - Rialto Distribution announced today that they have acquired the Australasian distribution rights for
festival hit, GLORIA.
GLORIA, a Chilean drama directed by Sebastian Lelio and produced by Chilean film industry powerhouse, Pablo Larrain (NO,
TONY MONTERO), scored three trophies, including the Silver Bear Award for Best Actress Paulina Garcia.
Garcia, who plays a 58-year-old divorcee looking for love, helped make the film one of the buzz titles of the festival
with her stunning performance.
GLORIA also won the Ecumenical Jury award for best Competition title and the Prize of the Guild of German Art House
Cinemas.
