TelstraClear achieves new Cisco Gold Certified Partnership
TelstraClear’s expertise has been recognised with Gold Certification from Cisco, one of the world’s largest and most-respected technology companies. Although TelstraClear (now part of Vodafone) has been Cisco Gold Certified for six years, a change in the Gold Partner criteria has created a completely new Partnership Programme. This is now aligned to Cisco World Wide’s three core architecture plays, and achieving its new Gold Certification required the TelstraClear team to obtain 58 separate certifications over four months.
Chief Operating Officer Grant Hopkins says that the new Gold Certification validates that TelstraClear has the broadest range of expertise across three high-growth market opportunities.
“In borderless networks, collaboration, and data centre virtualization Vodafone, and the TelstraClear team in particular, has enhanced the capability to offer world-class best practice communications solutions for any business or government organisation. In addition to the Gold Certification, TelstraClear has also completed the certification requirements to become an Advanced TelePresence Business Video Partner, allowing us to now have a direct relationship with Cisco to sell and support the impressive suite of business video solutions.
“Vodafone/TelstraClear understands the New Zealand environment as we live and work here. This new top-level Cisco relationship means that our customers will benefit from the delivery of leading technology and solutions that go directly to our customers’ business needs. The Partnership Program is a great market capability and also ensures we continue to attract high calibre individuals to our staff and lifts our employment brand in the sales and engineering space.”
