26 November 2012.
Wine and food matching is now easier than ever:
Mission Estate’s multi-award winning Vineyard Selection
available for the first time in supermarkets.
Introduced by the country’s oldest winery in 2004, the Mission Vineyard Selection (VS) is a stunning collection of five wines. Mission Estate’s winemaker and viticulturist select fruit from leading vineyards and craft each wine to complement modern cuisine.
In the eight years since the selection was introduced, it has won numerous awards and gained a real following amongst New Zealanders who enjoy a well-matched wine with their meals.
Until now, VS was only available online and in traditional wine stores. In response to ever-increasing customer demand, Mission Estate is making the range available in supermarkets.
At the same time, Mission has redesigned the label, reflecting the down-to-earth nature of the old traditions and modern techniques that have gone into each wine’s creation.
Mission Vineyard Selection Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Merlot, Syrah and Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc are available in all leading wine and grocery stores from the end of November. RRP $18 - $22.
