New Appointment – Jack Powell, Grant Thornton
We are happy to confirm Jack Powell’s appointment as a Senior Client Adviser for the financial advisory firm Grant
Thornton Wealth Management Ltd. His most recent role was with a large New Zealand bank where he worked in the Private
Banking space managing large individual and corporate investment portfolios. Jack has extensive experience in both the
investment and business risk markets. Given Grant Thornton Wealth Management’s primary focus on capital preservation in
the current volatile market, Jack’s experience in product and fund manager selection are a valuable addition to the
firm. Jack has a special interest in Socially Responsible Investing and is an active member of the Professionals
Committee within the Auckland Communities Foundation.
