KernMobile Feted as a Fast 50

KernMobile has won recognition as one of New Zealand’s fast growing companies in this year’s Deloitte Fast 50.

To make the 2012 Deloitte Fast 50, companies had to achieve growth of 154% over the last three years, and Kern came in at 37th with a rate of 197.52%.

It is one of thirteen technology companies in the country’s definitive list of rising businesses, with majority of its sales earned as exports to Australia.

This is the third year the company has won an award for its rapid increase in revenue. In 2010 and 2011, KernMobile was listed by Deloitte as one of the fastest growing technology firms in the Asia Pacific region.

CEO Kerry Connors believes KernMobile’s success is due to innovating early. “We have concentrated on mobile solutions for industries maintaining complex and expensive assets.

“Our clients want to tailor their mobile solutions as they go, yet they need to integrate seemlessly with their back-end systems.”
