New online forum brings support to the desktops of small businesses
Owning and operating a small business can often be a lonely affair. As part of moves to tailor banking for small
businesses, BNZ is harnessing the power of technology to bring networking and resource straight to the homes and offices
of business owners.
BNZ Connect Community is a new tool connecting small businesses with each other and small business experts, providing access to support and
relevant resources at any time of the day wherever they are.
National manager – small business, Harry Ferreira, says the new online forum is an extension of BNZ Connect events which
have been hugely popular with small business owners all across New Zealand.
“Our small business clients have found the Connect events hugely valuable in terms of finding support from those with
similar issues and accessing tools specific to small businesses.
“We know that running a small business is an ever-changing, 24/7 venture so we wanted to extend that support and
resource to a format that is working whenever small businesses are.”
The new channel hosted and moderated by BNZ, will allow small businesses to connect online while sharing experiences,
advice and ideas along with access to resources that will help their business grow.
