NetHui South 2012 - "Shaping our Future Together"

InternetNZ presents NetHui South an Internet conference with a distinctly South Island flavour.

InternetNZ is organising NetHui South as a platform for all those involved with the Internet in the South Island to involve their communities. InternetNZ acts as a nucleus, with a number of motivated local people and organisations planning and running the individual discussions.

NetHui South is half way between a traditional conference and an unconference or barcamp. Like a traditional conference, NetHui South has a pre-agreed agenda. However, much like an unconference, people "participate" rather than passively "attend". Everyone's views are valued; everyone is encouraged to fully participate.
When: Friday 23 - Saturday 24 November 2012
Where: University of Otago and Otago Museum
Cost: $40 (including morning/afternoon teas and coffees)
