Companies
New Zealand
winery Invivo has been listed in Deloitte’s 2012
“Fast50” fastest growing New Zealand companies. Invivo
wines was ranked in 24th spot in the annual list with growth
of 258.9% in the past year. It is the first time since 2004
a New Zealand winery has been named in the Fast50.
Invivo wines cofounder Tim Lightbourne comments “We were particularly pleased to make Deloitte’s Fast 50, our strong growth since 2008 can be attributed to an excellent team of distributors from here in New Zealand to our export markets in particular Asia, Australia and UK.
“Also
important have been the accolades our wines are achieving
and interesting wines we are producing such as our lower
calorie 9% alcohol range.”
To reach the Deloitte’s
Fast50 2012 list, companies had to achieve at least 154%
growth. The 2012 group of Deloitte Fast 50 businesses grew
the New Zealand economy by $637 million over the past three
years and created 1376 jobs. Auckland-based Pulse
Utilities New Zealand was ranked first with 2636.51 per cent
growth
