Burgerfuel Opens in Silverdale
BurgerFuel opens the doors to its newest store in Silverdale today as part of its mission to bring burgers to the north, south and almost everywhere else in New Zealand. This new BurgerFuel store is on Wainui Road, opposite the new Silverdale Centre.
The new BurgerFuel is situated just opposite some of New Zealand’s largest retailers: Noel Leeming, Countdown and The Warehouse, making it the ideal eatery for shoppers in the Hibiscus Coast and Dairy Flat areas. General Manager of BurgerFuel New Zealand, Craig Notman, comments “I’m pleased to have heard the anticipation from BurgerFuel fans waiting for the Silverdale store to open. It’s an exciting time for BurgerFuel as we continue to open new stores in Auckland and in other parts of New Zealand”.
Silverdale is experiencing huge growth both residentially and commercially, something that the franchisee of the new Silverdale site, James Stevenson, is looking forward to being involved in. “Silverdale reminds me a lot of what Albany was like when we first opened there. Now Albany is one of the most popular shopping havens for people living in the Auckland and Rodney Districts, similar to how I see Silverdale with a very busy BurgerFuel in the near future” says Stevenson.
Stevenson was one of the very first BurgerFuel franchisees and has jumped on opportunities to open new BurgerFuel stores on the North Shore ever since. This is his 3rd store in addition to Albany and Windsor Park in Mairangi Bay. Stevenson said “I loved the BurgerFuel brand as a customer and so when I heard they were taking on franchisees many years ago, I leapt at the chance. I saw BurgerFuel as an excellent concept with an attractive business model and after 14 years of working with the brand I’m very proud to be a part of its history and future”.
BurgerFuel Silverdale is located at 16 Wainui Road, opposite The Silverdale Centre.
BurgerFuel Worldwide (BFW) is a New Zealand gourmet burger concept and is listed on the New Zealand stock exchange (NZAX). BFW shares are currently trading at $1.11.
