Mediaworks TV Appoints Liz Fraser as Director of Sales And Marketing


MediaWorks TV is delighted to welcome Liz Fraser as Director of Sales and Marketing. Liz joins MediaWorks TV from MSN, where she is General Manager. She has also worked extensively in the television industry.

The newly created role brings together MediaWorks TV’s Sales and Marketing departments for the first time in the company’s history. Liz will oversee all sales and marketing functions for TV3, Four, TV3 +1 and C4. Current roles remain unchanged.

CEO for Television, Paul Maher says: "Liz has extensive experience in television having worked in sales, marketing and programming. She has exceptional skills in creating solutions with agencies and clients, and her unique experience in building digital content brands will be invaluable.”

Liz Fraser says: "I’m truly excited about moving back in to television in a sales and marketing capacity, and believe my past experience puts me in great stead to challenge our competitors.

“Having learned the intricacies of digital media over the last five years, plus 14 years of television experience, I feel extremely confident to support the MediaWorks TV team to shift the dial upwards and gain enormous momentum to win.”

Liz Fraser joins MediaWorks TV from MSN, where she is General Manager, having launched the MSN business taking it to Media Brand of the Year in 2010. Prior to that Liz had extensive experience in the television business having worked at TVNZ as Group Sales Manager, Marketing Manager of both TV One and 2, and as Head of Programming for TV One. Liz was named Inspiring Individual of the Year by CAANZ this year.
