MYOB Recognises Outstanding
Business Support
Leading accounting and business
solutions provider MYOB has recognised a range of
individuals around the country for their contribution to the
local business community.
The company has highlighted the work of a number of professional partners, who provide training, education, systems support and business advisory services to a large number of small and medium sized businesses around New Zealand.
MYOB general manager Julian Smith says MYOB’s ability to provide the help New Zealand business owners need is based on the success of its nationwide partner network.
“Our promise has always been: wherever you are in business in New Zealand, there is an expert who can help you with everything from establishing the right system to developing the knowledge to make sound financial decisions,” says Julian Smith.
“The partners we recognise in our annual awards showcase the highest standards of professionalism and dedication in supporting their local business communities.”
MYOB singled out two local women for their outstanding achievements as professional partners: 2012 Partner of the Year, Maria Mullane of Aspire Training & Business Solutions, and 2012 Newcomer of the Year, Trish Gee of GT Business Solutions Limited.
The company also recognised the performance of star sellers, Lynley Averis of Accounting Training, who won the North Island sales award, and Peter Oliver of Computing Solutions, winner of the South Island sales award.
Twelve MYOB Certified Consultants were honoured for their long service, with the MYOB 10 year Service Awards. Based around the country, the consultants receiving the awards were:
