Tui is Keeping up with the Ridges
Tui, New Zealand’s most popular beer brand is once again using its truly irrelevant humor to launch its latest and first ever mobile Yeah Right billboard.
With much media interest and debate about ‘The Ridges’ reality TV show over the past few weeks it was only a matter of time before Tui erected an iconic billboard poking fun at new TV show.
A first for the Tui brand, this ‘Yeah Right’ is not only a stationary fixture, as a mobile trailer version has been specially created and will be driven around Auckland on Wednesday 12th September - visiting infamous social haunts from the TV show. Places of interest for the mobile billboards route include the Ridge residence (both Sally and Matthew), the Parore homestead, SPQR, Ponsonby Road, Queen St and TV3’s building.
Tui Marketing Manager William Papesch says this is sure to bring a smile to the faces of those who will see the billboard.
“Just like the scores of Yeah Rights lines written over the past 18 years for the iconic Tui Yeah Right Billboards, this particular Yeah Right line is all about calling it how it is and bringing a smile to NZer’s.
But unlike every other billboards before it, this will be mobile, delivering a smile to Aucklanders when they least expect it…”
