PRESS RELEASE 10.09.2012
Compact Automated Dispensaries for Community Pharmacies are now available in New Zealand
Christchurch, 10th of September 2012. Go.compact – the fully automated storage and dispensing system, developed and built in Germany, is becoming available to the New
Zealand and UK market.
Dr. Mona Syhre, Managing Director of Gollmann NZ Ltd. is “excited to bring this system to New Zealand”.
Tailor made for each pharmacy with variable dimensions, loading bay and dispensing points, the system is one of the
leading innovations in recent times for community pharmacists. The substantial benefits of the small footprint – holding
up to 4000 original packages per line meter – are combined with safety, precision and rotating stock management.
Excellent service is guaranteed by the high standards of the Gollmann companies.
The robotic dispensing of the Go.compact system can communicate with vendor software and future e-prescription hence providing a long term strategic solution
for the challenges under the new Pharmacy Services Agreement.
In 2011 the clever design and the superior efficiency of the Go.compact system has convinced more than 100 pharmacists in Germany and Australia alone. An increase of 90% in sales is predicted
for the year 2012.
Gollmann operates successfully in Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, France and Australia and has started its
operations in New Zealand and the UK market.
