Kiwi Businesses Set to Benefit from Strategic Marketing Partnership
A partnership between two of New Zealand's most innovative cloud technology companies will provide thousands of NZ businesses with access to a suite of low cost, online marketing tools.
Familiar New Zealand website Freeparking.co.nz (Freeparking) has entered a strategic partnership with listed NZ tech company Optimizer HQ - which will save local companies thousands of dollars each year.
The new deal will see numerous Kiwi businesses gain access to globally recognised, enterprise-level online marketing tools.
Optimizer HQ CEO Manas Kumar says the partnership brings about long-awaited changes that will please all existing, new and potential customers.
"More than quarter of a million people visit the Freeparking website each year. Now those customers can also choose to utilise our new online marketing services - as well as everything from web hosting to email, DIY website design and even e-commerce solutions for online traders."
"It's an easy one-stop shop designed to meet the needs of thousands of ordinary, everyday Kiwi businesses of any size who are seeking help to build an online presence," says Kumar.
Businesses will be able to access not just online marketing and design tools, but can add email and SMS marketing services and search engine optimisation solutions.
Kumar says the same tools are used by some of the world's most recognised brands, and are now available to Kiwi customers at a fraction of the cost thanks to the new partnership.
"This is a partnership that will benefit all our customers, from the small Kiwi business setting up their first website, to more experienced and savvy users on their second, third or tenth website and looking for cost-effective, innovative digital marketing solutions that are absolutely world class - made affordable thanks to economies of scale and our thousands of customers being able to share costs across the board."
Freeparking business manager Maria Brosnan says the partnership is a logical joining-of-the-dots for two NZ-based companies with a lot to offer local businesses.
"Basically, it came down to a question of merging the traditional operations of the two businesses - Optimizer HQ and Freeparking - to create something new and exciting to offer customers."
She says many businesses have already provided positive feedback on the new services, with companies working hard to constantly improve the efficiency of their offerings.
"The message we want to get out there is this. Freeparking will continue to offer domain name registration and hosting services, but from now on, you will also be able to get complete cloud marketing solutions -at a very reasonable cost compared to other similar services," says Brosnan.
