Treble Cone’s Jazz Fun Park proving popular
LAKE WANAKA, New Zealand (August 30, 2012) – New for the 2012 season the Jazz Fun Park is popular with skiers and riders
looking to boost their confidence on terrain park features.
The Jazz Fun Park has been open since early August and the current features are aimed at intermediates, including: a
25ft kicker, a flat down box and three flat boxes (two small and one medium).
“The Jazz Fun Park has been an excellent addition to Treble Cone’s on-mountain experiences and a good mix of skiers and
riders, beginners through to advanced are having heaps of fun on the features,” said Nick Noble, Treble Cone’s marketing
and sales manager.
The format of the park structures enables them to be clipped together to make multiple variations to keep the Jazz Fun
Park fresh and interesting. Being light-weight they can also be moved by snowmobile, groomer or even skied to different
areas of the mountain for competitions and coaching purposes.
The Jazz Fun Park is currently located at the bottom of the Bullet trail in the Saddle Basin.
Jazz Apples (ENZA) is the major supporter of the Fun Park and has confirmed their support to developing the youth’s
freestyle advancement and enjoyment over the next three years.
Treble Cone currently has a 123cm base in the Saddle Basin, the scheduled closing day is 30 September. For further
