MBIE Implementation of the Adventure Activities Regulations Update

Regulations.
The document, 'When do operators need to pass safety audits?', includes the detailed implications for operators
depending on their individual situations.
The Ministry is encouraging operators to initiate safety audits well ahead of time to ensure legal deadlines are met.
