DB
Corporate
Heading up the recent corporate news
for DB is the new joint venture we have entered into with
Nelson-based cider company Redwood Cellars.
In June, the
decision was made to strengthen ties with Redwood Cellars in
what has been dubbed a ‘natural progression’ for both DB
Breweries and Redwood Cellars.
This new joint venture
highlights the increasing popularity of the cider category
and the significant growth forecast within both New Zealand
and Australia over the next few years..
DB’s
relationship with Redwoods Cellars has been strong for a
number of years and the new agreement for both companies
will strengthens things between us. As part of the new
structure DB Breweries will effectively ‘free up’ our
cider production, marketing and sales and hand over the
cider business the newly established Redwood Cider Company
on October 1st.
Other recent corporate news from DB
Breweries is the launch our new DB website - www.db.co.nz, the newly revised
website gives consumers a look into DB and our brands –
We’re really proud of the new site and encourage you to
take a moment to visit it. There will be more exciting news
around the DB website in the coming months and we look
forward to sharing the upgrade news with you as soon as we
are able to.
For more information on the news highlights
above continue on to the Brand News section below, thanks
for reading and we will be sending you other regular updates
from DB in the coming months.
Cheers,

Tui
Apparently there’s a time and place to devour
the humble pie... but no one told both the Tui team and a
handful of brazen kiwis looking to win a trip to Portland,
Oregon (USA) - the heart of the vegan capital of the world.
The all comforting, go-to snack for most; the pie is now
centre of attention and it must also be the centre of
attention of photos as Tui fans are encouraged to show-off
their inappropriate pie moment – essentially a photos of
themselves tucking into a pie in ‘a shockingly
inappropriate’ place. Winners will get the chance to eat a
pie in ‘Vaganville’ Oregon.
