Napier Wins Fastest Pizza Delivery Award
It's official - lucky Napier residents get their Domino's pizza delivered from oven to plate in the speediest time!
Domino's Green Meadows in Napier is the first inaugural All In EDT Champion, awarded to the top store with the highest
percentage of orders delivered in under 30 minutes overall. The store beat out competition from franchises and corporate
stores all across New Zealand and Australia for the Domino's Pizza Australia and New Zealand Rally Awards 2012.
Green Meadows manager Brad Johnston says that the entire team is excited and proud about winning the All In award.
"We are so thrilled at winning and can't quite believe it. The entire team work incredibly hard to ensure that our
customers are happy, because we all know a happy customer will keep coming back. So getting this award is a validation
that we are not just doing our jobs, but exceeding expectations and maybe setting ourselves up to be role models for
other Domino's stores!"
This is the first time that the All In EDT Champion award is being given out. Domino's chief executive officer Don Meij
says that it's not the first time Napier has shown their passion for pizza.
"Last year, Chris Wood from Napier was named the Franchise Manager of the Year and this year, we are very pleased to
announce Green Meadows as the inaugural All In EDT Champion. There must be something in the water at Napier because the
team there has proven time and again that when they set their minds out to do something, they go over and above
expectations. Congratulations!"
The Domino's Rally, which was held in Brisbane this week, is a special celebration for Domino's employees and aims to
boost team spirit and reward the success of outstanding team members across the entire Domino's family, while
encouraging others to aspire to the same standard of extraordinary sales and operational care.
