Caltex To Open In Helensville
AUCKLAND, New Zealand, 14 AUGUST 2012
Helensville will soon be welcoming Caltex to the neighbourhood as the company moves to re-brand the previous Shell branded service station on 22 Commercial Road.
“We’re looking forward to becoming a Caltex retailer and the modifications this will bring to the station,” says Prem, the station retailer. “Having served the local community for the past 11 years we are excited to offer a new level of service. We are sure our customers will be just as excited to see the changes to the station as we are.”
Caltex is making sure it will do all it can to be a great neighbour, meaning changes for the better, including:
· Extending the forecourt for easier manoeuvring; ending the current congestion problems
· Upgrading the drainage system to manage the existing storm water discharges
· Installing new interiors and toilet facilities in the retail store
· Replacing the existing canopy with a larger, higher canopy to provide more adequate cover to the forecourt
· Providing the site with the latest Caltex imagery that is being rolled out across the region
Once all upgrades are complete the station will offer a full range of services including assisted forecourt service and convenience store. Customers can also take advantage of the Caltex AA Smartfuel offer where AA Smartfuel cardholders can save four cents per litre when spending $40 or more on petrol or diesel, AA members getting a bonus two cents per litre discount (totalling six cents). No longer will customers be restricted to saving supermarket dockets to receive fuel discounts.
Pete Morris, General Manager of Chevron New Zealand, adds, “The Caltex Star stands for quality, value and service. Most importantly, it stands for our commitment to our customers – and we look forward to welcoming them to our Helensville site.”
Located at 22 Commercial Road, Caltex Helensville will be open seven days a week from 5:30am to 9pm (winter) and 5:30am to 10pm (summer).
