Carrington Resort Limited announces that Heritage Hotel Management Limited no longer provides management and marketing
services to Carrington Resort, and Carrington Resort is independently managed. All current bookings made will continue
to be honoured by Carrington Resort. Any future bookings will be managed by Carrington Resort. The contact phone number

Carrington Resort, rated 4 ½ Stars by Qualmark, is located on the Karikari Peninsula in the Far North region of the
North Island of New Zealand. The Resort is located on a 3,000 acre estate, with 4 kilometres of white sand coastline on
the Karikari Beach, acknowledged as one of the best beaches in New Zealand, which is also home to a five hundred acre
cattle farm and the well-known Karikari Estate Vineyard and Winery.
Carrington Resort’s Lodge and villas overlook its tournament quality 18-hole golf course, designed by Matt Dye, which,
in turn, overlooks a vista of Karikari Beach and the Pacific Ocean as well as 370 acres of restored wetlands, which is
home to more than 100 species of sea birds. The Resort also features tennis courts, a heated infinity pool, with
Jacuzzi, and an Olympic clay targets shooting range (skeet and trap). Carrington Resort features a billiard room in the
Lounge, and a health club. The Resort also has 3 helicopter pads and Air New Zealand flies twice daily into nearby
Kaitaia Airport.
Overlooking Carrington Resort, is Karikari Estate Vineyard and Winery, winner of a number of medals and awards for its
fine wines. The setting is arguably one of the most spectacular sights of any winery in New Zealand, with a stunning
vista overlooking the golf course, Karikari Beach, and the Pacific Ocean, towards New Zealand’s northernmost point, the
North Cape. The Karikari Estate Winery is open daily for tastings and also operates a Café open to both in-house guests
and casual diners. The Café at the Winery is frequently cited as one of the most spectacular settings in New Zealand for
visually stunning luncheons. Special events, such as weddings, anniversaries and birthdays are popularly held in the
Winery’s atmospheric Barrel Hall.
