Barworks Hospitality Group Teams Up With the Ronald McDonald House

Hospitality group Barworks is doing its bit and giving back to the community by helping out with a charity close to many parents’ hearts, The Ronald McDonald House.

Barworks is launching this relationship in association with all of its bars by cooking up a delicious evening meal for the residents of the Grafton Mews house Thursday 9 August 2012.

The menu has been created by Barworks Executive Chef Tony Smith and includes some intriguing flavours with the additional twist of something to make it special and to bring it all together. “It is important to create a spectacular menu for the families that can give them a real treat, the aim of this is to take them away from what they are going through and comfort them for a short period of time” says Tony.

The Barworks bars have been known for supporting charities within the local communities over the years, so Managing Director John Hellebrekers feels that it is great that all of the bars can come together and support The Ronald McDonald House. “Many of our staff and their families have spent time at the Ronald McDonald House with their children so we feel it is important to support a charity that has helped so many people throughout the years” says Mr Hellebrekers.
