Mt Roskill Domino's Takes a Slice of International Award
Domino's Mt Roskill has come up with a winning recipe for success, nabbing the top international rookie accolade this
year.
Domino's Pizza Australia and New Zealand Rally Awards 2012 has named Denish Biscuitwala as the winner of the coveted
Franchise Rookie Manager of the Year award, beating out the competition across both New Zealand and Australia.
The award is given to the franchise rookie manager who has shown consistently high performance standards in both
countries over a 12-month period.
Biscuitwala says he is honoured by the award and sees it as a reflection of not just his hard work and dedication to the
Mt Roskill store, but also as a sign of Domino's commitment to on-going professional development for all staff.
"I consider myself lucky to have a job that I enjoy so much that I look forward to going into work every day. I learn
new things on the job all the time, and I am looking forward to building my career within Domino's."
Domino's chief executive officer Don Meij says that the Mt Roskill store has performed exceedingly well thanks to the
hard work and talent of up-and-coming stars like Biscuitwala.
"A business is only as good as the people who work for it. Mt Roskill has shown consistently good results and they are
constantly improving and evolving. We are delighted with Denish's performance and the way he has completely embraced the
Domino's values as a new talent into the company. Keep it up!"
The Domino's Rally, which was held in Brisbane this week, is a special celebration for Domino's employees and aims to
boost team spirit and reward the success of outstanding team members across the entire Domino's family, while
encouraging others to aspire to the same standard of extraordinary sales and operational care.
