AA Insurance response to InsuranceWatch statement

Published: Thu 2 Aug 2012 04:29 PM
“At AA Insurance we want to find out what our customers think of the service we’ve provided to them – they are our priority,” says Chris Curtin, Chief Executive, AA Insurance.
“We welcome the feedback provided by InsuranceWatch and look forward to receiving all information that is specific to our company and learning what the key issues are for our customers, so that we can address them.
“We also hope that our customers would bring their concerns directly to us.”
AA Insurance and SIS have closed approximately half of earthquake-related claims, including 95 percent of contents, motor and some home claims. Over 75 percent of customers are either in the rebuild programme already, or have a scheduled date for when this will start for them.
