Take Note Taihape awarded for customer loyalty

Take Note Taihape has been awarded the AA Rewards for Excellence in Customer Loyalty award at the annual Paper Plus Group gala dinner, held at the Pullman Hotel in Auckland last night.

Proud store owners Catherine and Paul Renwicks received their award at the black tie function in front of more than 400 Paper Plus Group staff and suppliers from around the country, taking out the top spot on the podium, ahead of all other Take Note stores nationwide.

Catherine and Paul are thrilled to have been recognised for their continual in-store efforts, as well as in their involvement in the wider community, which has helped cement their store as an integral part of the Taihape’s township.

“We are so grateful to all our loyal customers who have stood by us through thick and thin. We feel privileged to be part of an incredibly close community, and we are blessed with a wonderful customer base that keeps coming back to the store for more!” says Catherine.

“We strongly believe that passion and drive are two of the most important factors in having a successful store, and thus gaining customer loyalty. Working on a daily basis with an enthusiastic staff is testament to our achievement of winning this award,” adds Catherine.

Paper Plus’ Group CEO, Rob Smith, says “I’m delighted to be presenting the AA Rewards for Excellence in Customer Loyalty award to Take Note Taihape. The have consistently shown fantastic levels of customer service, which has undoubtedly played a huge part in the store’s customer loyalty.
