Paper Plus Gore awarded for customer loyalty
Paper Plus Gore has been awarded the prestigious Fly Buys Award for Excellence in Customer Loyalty at the annual Paper
Plus Group gala dinner, held at the Pullman Hotel in Auckland last night.
Store owners, Doug and Denise Grant, received their award at the black tie function in front of more than 400 Paper Plus
Group staff and suppliers from around the country, beating 107 other stores.
Doug and Denise are delighted to be acknowledged for their efforts in achieving such high customer loyalty, and say that
their success is the result of hard work, dedication and a fantastic team, both in-store and at head office level.
“We are so fortunate to have a driven team who are dedicated to getting customers through the doors and giving them the
best possible experience. Over the years, we’ve developed close relationships with so many of our loyal customers, and
as a result we strive to do the best by them – this keeps them coming back!” says Doug.
“Customer loyalty is an extremely valuable element to achieve in any business, and we strive to achieve this on a daily
basis,” adds Doug.
Paper Plus’ Group CEO, Rob Smith, says “I’m thrilled to be presenting the Fly Buys Award for Excellence in Customer
