Fisher & Paykel voted most trusted for 12th consecutive year
New Zealanders have once again voted Fisher & Paykel Appliances the country’s most trusted whiteware brand.
The company has now held the highly-regarded accolade every year since 2000*, as voted by hundreds of respondents to the annual Readers Digest Most Trusted survey.
“Being recognised by New Zealand consumers for the twelfth consecutive year is a real privilege and a testament to our unwavering commitment to meet and exceed customers’ expectations ,” says Sonya Aitken, New Zealand Marketing Manager.
“At Fisher & Paykel, we recognise a customer’s trust is multifaceted; customers don’t just buy a product or a warranty.
“So when you purchase a Fisher & Paykel product, you also get a guarantee that you’ve been considered in every element of the appliance design, and a promise of great customer service.”
She says at home and abroad, Fisher & Paykel has continued to stay true to its long heritage of quality and thoughtfulness: “As a company we’re always asking questions of our customers, and those who aren’t a customer at the moment, about how they live their lives and use their kitchen and laundry.
“People are at the heart of our appliance design. It’s what prompts design and technology innovations that continue set new benchmarks in performance and efficiency.”
Ms Aitken says Fisher & Paykel also remains the only whiteware company in NZ with a 24/7 customer care helpline.
“We value the trust put in us and being there when we’re needed is a big part of fulfilling that promise. So whether you have a simple question, or need to have your appliance repaired or serviced, our knowledgeable team are available when you need them – not just during business hours.”
* Fisher & Paykel Appliances has been named ‘most trusted brand’ in the ‘Whitegoods’ category from 2005 to 2012, and prior to that in the equivalent categories of ‘Electronics’ in 2004 and ‘Whitegoods & Large Appliances’ between 2000 and 2003.
