Heartland Building Society wins Hamilton Business of the Year and Service Excellence Awards
26 July 2012
Heartland Building Society’s Hamilton Branch has won two of the five awards up for grabs at the Hamilton Central Business Association Awards, including the Supreme Award of Business of the Year and the coveted Service Excellence Award.
Heartland is a people business, focused on providing exceptional service, by locals who know and are part of the community. Winning these Awards recognises Heartland’s customer-first approach and the outstanding effort of our Hamilton team led by Branch Manager, Melissa Rose.
Chris Flood, Heartland’s Head of Retail and Consumer, said “We strive to exceed our customers’ expectations each and every day and it is a great honour to have won not only the Service Excellence Award, but also the Supreme Award of Business of the Year”.
Heartland took out these titles at the Awards ceremony held in Hamilton last night, where there were over 200 people in attendance, and 54 businesses competing for the sought-after Awards.
The Awards were judged on votes from the local community and through mystery shopping.
