Kawarau Village Sales Success
The first buyers of
unique luxury apartments at Queenstown’s Kawarau Village
are about to sign up on the dotted line after their release
proved “hugely popular”.
In the past two weeks, more than 100 prospective buyers have viewed first-hand a selection of the Kawarau Village Apartments that were officially released on July 14.
Ray White Queenstown licensee salesperson Cameron Reed, who is marketing the apartments, said the sales and extremely strong interest from a broad range of buyers demonstrated the appeal of buying a holiday or permanent home in one of Queenstown’s most stunning locations.
“Our contracts are now ready for signing, banks have been briefed and have given us positive feedback after discussing lending criteria, and local lawyers have brought themselves up to speed on our sale and purchase agreement,” he said.
“What that all means is that the process has been streamlined so it couldn’t be easier for buyers to sign on the dotted line and receive the keys to their property.
“People just can’t wait to walk through the door of their new apartment, and new enquiries continue to come in every day.
”We’ve listened to market feedback, and pricing is very realistic, so that’s definitely been a big factor for many.”
Mr Reed said the number of enquiries had prompted Ray White to open a sales office in Kawarau Village, operating every afternoon during the week and between 11am and 4pm at weekends.
The apartments are located on a north-facing, sheltered, lakeside site next to the five-star Hilton Queenstown Hotel and the Kawarau Hotel, managed by Hilton.
Fourteen brand-new apartments have been released to the market for the first time, with the release of the Reserve Central collection of a further 14 apartments expected soon.
Further information on the apartments is available on www.kawarauvillage.co.nz
Kawarau Village has everything residents or holidaymakers could need including restaurants, bars and café/deli, shops and a day spa.

The world-class Remarkables and Coronet Peak ski areas are less than half an hour’s drive away, as are numerous award-winning wineries, and it is only five minutes from Queenstown Airport.
