DLA Phillips Fox Appoints Resource Management Partner
Experienced local government and resource management lawyer Kerry Anderson has been appointed as a partner of DLA Phillips Fox in Wellington.
Having practised for 14 years, Kerry has created a noteworthy profile in resource management. She counts amongst her clients many local authorities, government entities and private clients whom she has advised on major developments (including resource consent appeals and designations), plan drafting, review and interpretation, infrastructure projects and a variety of regulatory and enforcement matters under bylaws and local government legislation. She is experienced in mediation and has appeared in District Court, Environment Court, High Court proceedings and Board of Inquiry Hearings.
