Alison Aitken from Grenadier Christchurch City took out the award for Number One Sales Consultant again this year and was also National Auction and Tender lister but said there were no tenders featured in this win, it was all auction! Alison was also number one for the Christchurch region at the recent end of year awards. A thirteen time winner we await Alison’s international ranking.
New inductees into the Harcourts Hall of Fame were Gold Real Estate Group’s Lynette and John McFadden who were very honoured and had no idea they were to receive this prestigious award by way of address from Gilbert Enoka, General Manager of Harcourts International and All Blacks mental skills coach, infront of 1000 delegates at the Awards Dinner on 23rd May.
Auctioneer of the Year went to Andrew North, Co-Business Owner of Cooper and Co Takapuna, a multiple national and international podium winner keeping composure against two south islanders and fellow Cooper and Co colleague Stephen Johnson.
Throughout the Harcourts divisions, Aaron Davey from Hamilton Glenview won the National Rural Sales Consultant title and also ranked number 13 overall on a national level.
A big year for Sue Roberts who was second Rural Sales Consultant behind Aaron also being named number two Sales Consultant in New Zealand bumping previous winners down to three and four.
Grenadier Accommodation Centre was awarded two Property Management awards for both revenue and excellence and top Property Manager was awarded to Tracey Edwards also from Grenadier Accommodation Centre.

NAI Harcourts who is gaining market share consistently especially in the Central Region, awarded Paul Sanford from Rotorua the NAI Harcourts Top Commercial Sales Consultant Award again.
Top office awards for the largest offices was hotly contested by the big three - Auckland’s North Shore Cooper and Co in first place, The Team Group from Wellington and Christchurch’s Grenadier Real Estate in third. These offices run big auction businesses and have substantial marketshare in their regions.
