TSB Bank’s New [My]Bank Service Now Available to PC Users
From today, TSB Bank’s new customisable banking service, [my]bank, is accessible to PC users via
www.mybank.tsbbank.co.nz
Customers who have downloaded the iPhone app, and PC users without an iPhone will now be able to enjoy the service’s
unique interface in a full screen setting.
PC users can also take advantage of [my]bank’s unique feature that allows users to become a TSB Bank customer online.
To celebrate the launch of [my]bank on PC, for a limited time TSB Bank is offering new customers the chance to play
‘money grab’ online to win up to $50 to start off their [my]bank Save account. The first 500 new customers who sign up
via [my]bank will receive an automatic $30 in their new account.
Since the launch of [my]bank in April, thousands of people have downloaded TSB Bank’s new banking service.
TSB Bank’s Technology Services manager Marie Collins says of all [my]bank’s features, the transaction tagging feature
and foreign exchange widget are proving the most popular with customers.
“After over a year of planning and development it’s rewarding to receive such positive feedback from customers about the
service. We encourage customers to continue to provide feedback and submit ideas so we can continue to improve the
service.”
As part of the launch of [my]bank, TSB Bank invited Aucklanders in the CBD area last Friday to come and get their
carciature drawn by New Zealand caricature artist Mark O’Brien, with the images projected onto a building adjacent to
Freyberg Square.
Features of [my]bank on PC include:
- Customise your look – users can upload pictures and organise [my]bank to suit their needs
- Ability to open, close and name accounts
- Full service electronic banking
- [my]bank Guru service – users can communicate with the bank via secure messaging, FaceTime, Twitter, 0508 MYBANK and
Skype.
For a demonstration of [my]bank and its unique features, visit www.mybank.tsbbank.co.nz or call 0508 MYBANK to find out
