Tribute from Sir Ken Stevens on the death of Sir Paul Callaghan
Sir Paul Callaghan will be sorely missed by our international and exporting business communities
Sir Paul was perhaps the most positive person I have known - in sickness and in health. When he spoke it was with conviction and intelligence and his message was both poignant and commercially sound.
Within the scientific community he was without peer as a scientist and for those folk who suffered from cancer he brought a new understanding and comfort to their situation.
Our heart felt condolences go out to Paul's family and friends - New Zealand has lost a giant.
