Employment Court Grants Injunction
This evening Lyttelton Port of Christchurch was granted an interim injunction from the Employment Court. This ensures that all vessels who call at Lyttelton will be worked.
Chief Executive Peter Davie says the decision by Judge Colgan was right for both the Port and its customers.
“We have a good relationship with our people. Over the past eighteen months we have all worked together under trying circumstances to give service to our customers and secure our future at the Port”.
