Paper Plus customers most satisfied book lovers in the country
Leading books and stationery retailer Paper Plus has the happiest customers, according to the latest research released by one of Australasia’s most well known market research and public opinion company, Roy Morgan.
According to the survey data, Paper Plus stores have the highest proportion of satisfied customers of all book stores in New Zealand, with 89 per cent of customers stating they were satisfied with the service they received at Paper Plus.
The book store with the second highest number of satisfied customers was Take Note (88%), also part of the Paper Plus Group.
Rob Smith, CEO, Paper Plus Group says this result reinforces the Group’s commitment to providing the best service to its customers.
“All of our team members across the Paper Plus and Take Note stores make a huge effort to cater to the needs of our customers, in each of their communities, with many going above and beyond on a daily basis.”
“A huge amount of effort has gone into development of the Paper Plus brand over the last three years and this result confirms that the new strategy behind the Paper Plus brand is on the right track. Having both Paper Plus and Take Note named as the top two for customer service in the category in New Zealand is a huge endorsement,” he says.
The research was conducted across 15,000 people for the year ended October 2011 by public opinion survey company Roy Morgan, – representing the largest ‘Single Source’ database in the world.
