Frederic Boles Appointed an Executive Director at Marsh
Auckland,13 February, 2012 – Marsh, a global leader in insurance broking and risk management, today announced that it had appointed Frederic Boles as an Executive Director, with responsibility for the organisation’s Financial and Professional Services (FINPRO) business across New Zealand. He will be based in Auckland and report to Country Head, Grant Milne.
Mr Boles, who has an Executive MBA and Masters in Corporate Law and European Company Management, joins from Marsh in France where he was responsible for FINPRO’s insurance placement across Continental Europe. Prior to this he worked for Marsh in the UK for nine years in a variety of roles including managing and placing risks for financial institutions from Europe and South East Asia.
Commenting on his appointment, Mr Boles said: “Companies in New Zealand face a range of professional liability issues, especially in the wake of the recent Bridgecorp ruling. I look forward to leading the experienced team in New Zealand as we bring our clients the solutions that can enable them manage these risks effectively.”
