Tenon to distribute Eastman’s long-life wooden decking in US
By Hannah Lynch
Feb. 9 (BusinessDesk) – Tenon, the NZX-listed company that sells wood mouldings in the US, signed a deal to distribute a long-life wooden decking product made by Eastman Chemicals.
Tenon will distribute the Perennial Wood brand decking into US-based home improvement chain Lowe’s, it said in a statement.
“We believe the market receptiveness for Perennial Wood decking into the $4 billion North American decking and railing market segment will be strong,” said Tony Johnston, Tenon’s chief operating officer, in a statement to the NZX.
Tenon shares are currently trading at 70 cents.
