AWF Group acquires Tradeforce NZ

AWF Group (NZX:AWF) is acquiring Tradeforce NZ from SKILLED Group Limited.

Tradeforce NZ, which operates in Auckland and Waikato, is a significant provider of skilled temporary staff to manufacturing, warehousing, food processing and logistics.

AWF chief executive Mike Huddleston says AWF intends retaining and developing the Tradeforce brand.

“Tradeforce is a respected brand and the people working there are highly skilled and committed to the business,” Mr Huddleston says.

The acquisition, which will be completed on January 30 2012, is expected to increase AWF Group revenue in the 2013 year by as much as 15% and be earnings accretive from the commencement of the 2013 financial period.

SKILLED Group is a leading provider of temporary staff to the Australian market.
