Genesis Energy appoints Chief Financial Officer
Genesis Energy has appointed Andrew Donaldson to the new role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr Donaldson joins Genesis Energy from Smartpay NZ Ltd, where he was Group Chief Executive New Zealand and Australia.
With a senior background in governance and financial management for large organisations, Mr Donaldson’s previous senior roles included Chief Executive of Brightstar NZ Limited and CFO of Telecom Retail, following a career in the United Kingdom in finance directorship roles with organisations including Atlas Venture, Tiscali and Compaq/Digital UK.
Genesis Energy’s Chief Executive, Albert Brantley, said he was delighted to appoint a candidate with the depth and breadth of skills of Mr Donaldson, who is also experienced in transformation programmes and investor relations Mr Donaldson commences with Genesis Energy on 16 January 2012.
